Tom started his career as a Project Engineer at MD&A in 2010 based in the United States, handling retrofit of GE steam turbines with Hitachi parts for thermal power plants. After returning to Japan in 2016 and serving various companies, including Vestas and Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, as a Sales Engineer, he founded SSC, Inc. in 2020. He received a B.S. in Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University in 2010.

Joerg Schneider

Joerg is a marine construction specialist with more than 14 years of experience in the oil & gas and the offshore wind industry. After working for Siemens AG and Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy in various project execution positions internationally for nearly 12 years, he decided to team up with his ex-colleague Tom to assist offshore wind development of Japan.
